A bipartisan group of Senators has reintroduced the Farm to Fly Act.

This Act essentially requires USDA to make efforts to allow US based farm commodities such as soybeans or corn, etc. to qualify for Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).

Unlike 45Z requirements where you have to show that you have less than 50 kilograms of CO2 per million BTU, this only requires emissions to be 50% lower which is much easier for the biofuel producer to meet.
