We are providing a webinar on estimated payments for corn and soybeans for 2023 and 2024 assuming USDA follows 2020/21 ERP Phase 1

CAUTION - We are basing this webinar solely on the details for Phase 1 for 2020/21 ERP and applying it for 2023 and 2024 ERP. USDA is instructed to follow that program, but final details may be different, and the final differences may be material.

If USDA follows the 2020/21 ERP Phase 1, then the payment limit for crops will be $125,000. If more than 75% of your AGI (not gross income) is from farming, then the payment limit will double. Not the payments, but simply the limit. For specialty crops, the limit will increase to $900,000 per person/per entity.
