We decided to simply provide a photo of the snow that we have accumulated this week. The photo above is from a table that is located on our deck. Currently, there is almost 3 feet of snow sitting on the table, but this snow has settled on the table, so we surmised that we have likely gotten closer to four feet of snow this week.
Now it won’t last long since tomorrow’s high will be in the 50s and by the end of the week we will be in the 60s.
But right now, it is nice to look at, but not so much when it starts to melt.
Our house is located in Southeast portion of Parker, Colorado at 6,600 feet. We face south toward Pike’s Peak and much of the snow that comes off of the Front Range hits what is called the Palmer Divide (at about 7,600 feet of elevation about 20 miles south of us) and then shoots north towards us.
Nothing to do with taxes or FSA planning but simply letting you know how much snow Colorado has received this week.
