Another BOI Injunction Bites the Dust

The Samantha Smith et al BOI injunction has been lifted

We have posted about the Samanta Smith et al case in the past. In this case, the judge granted an injunction against the BOI reporting but only for the plaintiffs.

On Monday a federal judge ruled in favor of the government citing the Supreme Court’s decision to life the injunction in the Texas Top Cop case.
