USDA has released a Fact Sheet, FAQ, and a Calculator for ECAP

USDA finally released additional guidance for the Emergency Commodity Assistance Program (ECAP) today.

Here is their calculator for determining your estimated payment amount. The calculator shows the estimated payment you will initially receive which is based on 85%. The remaining up to 15% will be paid once they know the final payment numbers.

We believe these should be enough funding to cover all 100% but they are being conservative.

You can go online tomorrow and fill out the application. Our assumption is by logging in using login.gov that the pertinent information will pop up or you may need to enter your SS# or EIN. If your total acres do not pop up, then waiting for the application in the mail is likely a better idea.
